Form
A form is a data entry tool.
A form contains one or more 'fields'. A field is an area that allows you to enter data. A Field should also have a 'Label' to describe its purpose.
Forms may also contain a small square which you can tick. This is called a 'checkbox'. These are used for you to confirm a statement on the form.
Electronic forms may contain 'radio buttons'. These come as a group of two or more and the software only lets you make one selection at time. If you click on a radio button, then clicking on another will flip the selection to the new one.
Another common electronic form feature is the 'drop down' box. You click on a small arrow on the box to reveal a list of choices. You can select a choice.
