Wedding

This task provides students with the opportunity to learn how to mail merge data from a database into a letter.

There are full instructions provided which students should be able to follow with minimal assistance.

The task instructions should be printed out for students to work from.

The 'wedding.doc' and 'wedding.mdb' should be downloaded by them so that they can correct it.

Get The Right Job

This task provides students with a scenario related to a recruitment agency.

They are asked to use the database provided in order to complete a pre-prepared form.

Fancy Dress

This task provides students with a second opportunity to practice setting up a mail merge.

Students should download 'fancydress.doc' and 'fancydress.mdb' to their area. They should then attempt to merge the data from the database into the correct sections on the pre-prepared letter.
